So, what does working with an energy awareness coach look like?
For whatever change you are desiring in your life, picture this:
You have a standing appointment with someone who is serving you as a guide to help you through this change. Their sole purpose is to see the best that you have to offer and to help you tap into your own inner guidance, your 'inner coach."
Your personal coach has an energy management system that they can teach you, that enables you to embrace all change with ease and joy. You learn easy to do, five-ten minute processes that are designed to support you as you take the actions to create change in your life. Experiencing this support is key. When we feel supported by our actions we are more likely to complete what we started.
As you move into each day you feel empowered, positive, and handle stress much easier. You can do this because your 'Inner Coach' is with you, and at any time you can tap into 'Coach _your name here_' so that you find the support you had previously looked outside of yourself for.
You are then guided In using the energy planning system. Giving you a way to look at, clarify and take action on any goal that you have for your life. Everything just became easier, from planning a party, to finding the resources you need.
This is a step-by-step action plan for for manifesting the results of your goals that will lead you to feeling more balanced, healthy, energetic, confident and full of joy.

In order to bring about effective change in our lives we must first begin from where we are. It is from this recognition of the stories we are telling ourselves, that we can then agree to except them as they are. From this place, when are then able to shift the old and allow for the new.
At KaliWise Therapeutic we have developed different levels for you to get involved in creating positive change in your life, one step at a time.

We have Programs that are designed to work with you one-on-one, over the phone. We will decide together how many times we meet once, twice, or maybe three times per month. It all depends on your needs, your goals, and your budget.
We also have developed Programs that are in a group format, these too are held over the phone, on a tele-conference line. The groups meet either once or twice per month. Again we will find the best fit for you depending on your needs and the direction you envision your life heading. There is power when we all come together to focus on creating a better life for ourselves. Everyone in the group can hold the energy for you to change and to grow as you are ready, we don't carry your limitations about yourself, we only see you as you ask us to. There is amazing healing, wellness empowerment and prosperity that happens when we come together in this way.
